  1. I love the hour-long videos. “Beginner” might be a touch of stretch. I’ve been doing online videos for about 6 months and still found several pieces of this to be quite trying.

    You mentioned these were part of series, but I’ve only found one more hour-long, weight loss video. Navigating PsychTruth’s massive number of videos isn’t proving easy.
