    I practice yoga for 1 hour a day everyday from 5 to 6 am.

    Trust me, yoga will change ur life for ever.

    As I’m preparing for a state level competitive exam, I needed inner peace mainly, so I joined yoga, but I’m enjoying all other benefits also.

  2. Everyday after school i go to my yoga class it really helps sence i’m in 7th grade and i’m really stristed all the time from test or homework. take yoga it helps a lot i promise.

  3. The thing is, I’ve never been a stressed out person, I’ve always been relaxed, and after I’ve been doing yoga for a few days, it’s just pushing that even further, plus I’ve gained balance. I’m not talking about the spiritual balance, but the “standing on one foot without falling over” kind of balance. Though the other form is slowly coming.
    Combining working out, yoga, and meditation is seriously the golden combo. Physical strength, yoga benefits, and a stable mind. What more could you ask for?

  5. For anyone looking for ACTUAL BEGINNER’S YOGA on Youtube, I’m telling you, Yoga with Adriene is one of the best. A lot of channels say that they have beginner’s yoga just to get more views, but Adriene is really good at including people of all levels.
